Jetoh’s Superior Services With Care is looking for an experienced and exceptional Occupational
Therapist on a basis to join our team at , reporting to the .
Role and Responsibility
- Assisting parents/families to develop understanding and knowledge of the NDIS to support their ability to make informed decisions.
- Plan, implement and evaluate individual therapy programs
- Complete documentation in line with professional standards
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, support staff, and other allied health services
- Conducting standardised and non-standardised assessments and writing functional reports
- Assessing home and school environments, prescribing aids, equipment and modifications as required, within funding guidelines
- Identify and provide appropriate information and education to patients, families, support staff, and other allied health services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHRPA) registration
- Current First Aid certificate
Experience
- Insert required experience
Desirable
- Good critical thinking attributes.
- Good Judgement and Decision making attributes.
- Previous monitoring /coordinating roles.
- Great communication skills.
