Follow the instructions carefully, register with accurate details, and log in using your credentials. Once logged in, you’ll have various options to choose from. Upon enrollment, you’ll be connected to a Telehealth service provider who will ensure a seamless and assisted process.

How Can I Access Telehealth Services?
Telehealth services are funded through NDIS, and all families can access them, provided they have access to a phone, tablet, or computer with a stable internet connection. We take your credentials seriously and conduct Telehealth consultations through secure online platforms such as MS Teams or Z.
Upon registration, you’ll receive an email containing an invitation link before your appointment. Clicking on this link will take you to a virtual room where we can directly interact with you and provide Telehealth consultation and therapy tailored to your needs. To ensure a smooth Telehealth consultation, we offer a rapid introductory session, free of charge, to help with the setup process.
